All our products are handmade.
Among them, our most popular dish is "Ebi Chili".
To maximize the texture of the shrimp, we use only potato starch for the coating, so every bite offers a delightful springiness.

The shrimp is coated in our homemade chili sauce. With one bite, the perfect level of spiciness spreads throughout your mouth, and many customers come back for more.

You can enjoy Ebi Chili as part of our hors d'oeuvres or in bento boxes priced at 1,000 yen or more.
It is also available as a single item (5 pieces for 400 yen) by reservation.
